The ACIAS Terms, Conditions and Obligations (TCO) outlines the requirements that permits AICAS in
granting of a Certificate for electrical equipment or electrical product.
This document includes your obligations to attain and as a Certificate Holder to maintain the validity and currency of the Certificate.
As an Applicant and Certificate Holder you must meet the requirements of TCO’s for every
product covered by your certificate or certificates issued by AICAS.
