How to Apply

Documentation required.
In order to apply you will need a minimum of the following documentation:

1.  Test Report/s – The report or reports must be to the correct Standard/s and be endorsed.  IEC reports need to have the applicable Australian deviations included or as a separate report.   Endorsed reports can be as follows:
  a)  A CB report with CB Certificate, or
  b) 
A report with the laboratory’s accreditation logo which is recognised under the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) agreement.
         Examples are NATA, A2LA, CNAS, Dakks or TAF or any other signatory body listed on the ILAC website is acceptable.
  c)  Instruction Manual/s as required by the product standard.
  d)   The label/s that will be used for Australian/NZ product.

2.   Complete the online application form (using the online form is fast, easy, convenient and expedites the processing of your application), or
  Download the Application form (available on the Application Forms page), complete and email the form together with the supporting documentation to AICAS.

3.   Payment of Fee. Fee to be paid at the time the application is submitted. See details for payment on the Application Form.
